If you encounter annoying EU cookie pop up issues, you can make a change to your browser allowed list to prevent this, some page viewers remember you the second time you visit unless closing the browser clears the session cookie.  Add our URL in the browser allowed settings menu copy and paste "https://www.green-lump-sum.org" in browser  exceptions settings. this should prevent the issue on some browsers.
